A software company in Mumbai, incorporated in July 2026. It builds privacy-critical infrastructure: systems where a privacy failure is a primary failure mode, not a degraded state.

The founders have built at scale before: engineering at Samsara, Qualcomm, CloudKitchens and Form Energy; product at Twilio, Postman, PayPal and Cisco.

We started the company in India on purpose. Identity systems here operate at national scale, and the people they fail have the least recourse.

The work is early. Products are not announced, and this site does not describe them. The writing is where the thinking is public.
